Frequently asked questions

  • This is a rental that is over 30 days in length. They cannot be booked online, but you can fill out the request form from your desktop or mobile browser at: https://app.audiondemand.com/long-term-drive. Our iOS and Android apps do not offer this feature.

  • Yes. Your mileage allowance includes 1,000 miles every 30 days, with additional miles charged at $0.30/mile. The monthly mileage allowance does not rollover to the following month.

  • You will be offered insurance options and pricing at the time you make your Long Term Drive request.

  • We request that you give us seven days from the time of your request to when you’d like to start your drive with us. We can make exceptions in certain cases, based on availability.

  • We offer delivery as part of this service, subject to availability and pricing is based on time and distance to you from our location.  Please note that we are unable to deliver to airports but can to places such as offices, residences, and hotels.

  • This offer may not be combined with other rental discounts.
