How it works
- Use your points to get free rentals at participating locations through July 1, 2024
To redeem your points, make your booking and then contact us*. You can even pay using a mix of points and cash.
Program Updates (December 2023)
We believed every one of our loyal customers is a VIP so we created a premium rewards program in 2019 that treated you like one. Unfortunately, due to changes in our business, we are winding down our program in 2024.
- Points Expire July 1, 2024
Our program will be ending on July 1, 2024. Any points you’ve earned may be used for future rentals by this date.
- Earnings on Rentals
Effective December, 2023 we will no longer offer earning of points on completed rentals.
- No blackout dates
Last time we checked, there are 365 days in the year—that’s 365 days you can use your points. And yes, you guessed it—bonus day on Leap Year!
- Get free fast
You can get a free rental day starting at just 516** points. Don’t have enough points? No problem, you may be able to pay for a portion of your total with points and the rest with cash at participating locations.

You can opt-out of the Premium Rewards Program by submitting this form or by contacting our Support Team. If you opt-out of the program, you will lose all points (if any) currently in your Audi on demand account and you will not accumulate points as a result of future rentals or other activity through your Audi on demand account.
